T-Mobile, Motorola And BlueTooth

03-21-05_1911, originally uploaded by thecat16.

Well, I came home last Monday round ten-ish. So I figure I'd transfer the pics I took during the day and write a short blog. Well, to my suprise, my phone kept saying "Service Not Supported".

I called T-Mobile immediately and talked to a Rep named 'Shane', who couldn't do squat so then I was transferred over a level up.

Next guy was named Preston. He put me on hold.

Preston then proceeded to give me Motorola's CS number and claimed they were open 24hrs since no closing time was annotated on the Phone Number Sheet. Motorola is open 8AM-10PM Central Time mind you.

So I called T-Mobile back and asked for Preston. I was told I would be transferred to his department but not directly to Preston.

After about 15-20 minutes (watching anime while I waited), I find out I reached the Data somethingorthudder Center.

Rep's number was 2744615. He seemed rather irritaded that I was calling. I calmed him down and told him my only reason for calling was so they could write down the times for Motorola's Live Customer Service.

-=The Next Day=-

I called Motorola at 2:33pm PST
Wait Time: ~2 minutes

Got a rep named Cecilia #351035. Talked with an Indian accent.

She transferred me to the Tech Department.

Rep Name: Aida
Rep Number: 4737

Reffered me to a place nearby that could help me out.

Place was called Cell-U-Phone. Their number is 323.727.9131.

Called them up and was told by them that they no longer do the Level 3 Tech Support for Motorola. The Tech then proceeded to advise me to call Motorola back and ask for the Level 3 Tech Support up in Sacramento.

Called Motorola again,

--Today--
I decided to so the Security Updates and I saw that one had a BT update.

So I tried transferring a pic.

It worked.

I wasted 2 hours of my life. But then again, this could help someone else. So far noone has had this problem. I though it might have been T-Mobile's fault since they rolled out a voicemail update over the weekend and thought maybe that could have had something to do with it.

Meh, so I made a mistake.
