Danny P. and his Wii decided to make a Mii avatar of me....
Not much else to say...
Oh, but I did best his mother at Wii Bowling which, according to Danny, his little brother AND his sister is quite an achivement.
But now Danny is worried his mother will hog the Wii in attempts to prepare for the next time I go over...
So yeah... I'm quite satisfied -_-;
So my friend called me up and said that he was formating his new 500GB LaCie drive on a mac and wasn't sure how long it would take so he was asking me.
I misheard him and told him to unplug it.
Then I told him to come over.
He did and the process was started. We left it do it's thing and went to get some food.
When we came back, we saw my father had purchased a new television.
A small dinky 15" LCD Magnavox.
Not much attention was paid to it since we had more pressing matters at the moment.
But later on when my friend left, and my parents arrived, I started installing it where the old telelvision used to be at which point I noticed that it had a VGA plug.
At tthis point so did my mom and loudly exclaimed we could use it as a monitor.
My father said to do it since the old CRT hurt my mothers eyes when she used it. But alas, the joy was shattered when it was discovered I didn't own a VGA to VGA cable. So back it went to functioning as a television.
My father then offered to get another one to use as a monitor.
So I went to Fry's the next day and got the cable need and when I arrived home, there was another one sitting on the floor.
I like having a desk now.
...and yes, Mr. Martin. It does run better now that I've restarted.
You'd better not start with the bloody 'I told you!'s cause I dun't wanna hear 'em.
